The Bridge At Hillside provides an "On Site Manager"
on property throughout your wedding and reception.
Manager's duties include opening, lighting chapel and ballroom , heating and cooling
meeting outside vendors, directing guests to the wedding location, and closing of venue only.
If hosting or coordination is required,
Full Event Coordination or Day Of Coordination is available.

The Bridge At Hillside venue is a private venue for you and your guests, and
is closed to tourists visiting Hillside Sedona during your entire event.
Guests are welcome to leave The Bridge area and visit shops, galleries
and boutiques located on property. Alcohol may not be carried anywhere
off the The Bridge At Hillside venue site!
A set up area and power is provided for on site catering. Caterers must provide heaters
and a pop-up tent for their serving area, if required for inclement weather.
Alcohol may be purchased privately, but must be served by your Licensed Caterer
with an Off Site Liquor License.
